Course or Instructor Concerns

If you have an issue or concern involving a particular course or instructor, you should first try and resolve that issue by going directly to the individual involved and make your concern known. It may be that the instructor is unaware of the problem, and in many cases issues can be resolved easily and satisfactorily through open and thoughtful communication.

If you have already discussed the issue with the instructor and it has not been resolved to your satisfaction, or if you do not feel you are able to approach the instructor directly, you should contact the department head or associate dean.
